Share Care Day was created by the Upledger Institute for non-professionals, to learn basic Cranio-Sacral Techniques for family and friends. This is a gentle beginners class to explore safety and hands on healing modalities, with an emphasis on the Craniosacral system and how it interacts with the brain, spinal cord and other health problems such as chronic pain and lowered vitality, recurring infections. Evy O’Leary has an extensive background in Craniosacral therapy and will introduce palpation of the craniosacral rhythm, CV-4 self-help technigue, still point, the V-spread and TMJ decompression.
